Priority Pass

Project

iOS & Android app design

My role

Senior UI Designer (Contract)

Summary
As part of a brand refresh Priority Pass wanted to re-design their native iOS & Android app to look and feel more modern and premium. They wanted to incorporate their new logo, photography, a new colour palette and a new font.

About

Priority Pass is the world’s original and largest independent airport lounge access programme, with a customer base of over 10 million members. The product is available to consumers, as well as being a benefit in the reward programmes of global banks, credit cards and telecom providers.

The problem

In the last few years the brand had been subject to the forces of new competitors into the market place, chipping away at both their B2B and B2C markets. With a dated brand identity the brand was losing its competitive edge and was in danger of being left behind.

My role

This was a hands-on UI role where I was responsible for leading the redesign of the Priority Pass iOS & Android app.

Working as part of a dedicated in-house apps team including product owners, BAs, UX designers and developers.

I was also responsible for overseeing the development.

Reinforce the new brand position of tranquility, service, space and comfort.

4.

8.

9.

Improve interaction design

10.

Improve and modernise the UI
